Case history- Preeti, a young woman working in the corporate sector, struggled to maintain a healthy, fit lifestyle and appropriate eating habits. She used to have frequent migraines due to long gaps between her meals. She skipped meals because she felt lethargic and tired post-meals, which affected her work productivity. She also had severe nutritional deficiencies. Her reports depicted high cholesterol and triglyceride levels. She used to get a lot of menstrual cramps and faced major sweet cravings around that time. We even included her favourite foods in a healthier version, such as vegetable and cheese sandwiches, homemade jaggery and nuts laddus. Result:

Within a couple of days, her drowsiness post-meals disappeared. She was able to work through the day with energy. She started feeling light, and she noticed an inch loss. Her mood swings and washroom cycles got better.
