Case History: Adil, a 29-year-old investment banking professional, was keen to lose fat around the waist and the excess 5 kg he had gained. He enrolled in an aggressive weight training program under a coach to achieve his desired goals. After following the exercise regimen, he did not see much improvement in his waistline or muscle-to-fat ratio. Further, he used to feel tired during the day and did not have enough stamina to go through the extensive workouts curated by his physical fitness trainer. Moreover, he felt lethargic and could not keep up with his hectic work schedule. He sought nutrition support and coaching to achieve his fitness and health goals.


Approach by the best fitness nutritionist, Deepika Chalasani, Hyderabad, Telangana, India: Based on his dietary recall, we calculated his overall nutrition composition during the day and every meal. Our focus was to ensure that he had enough energy for the workout, felt energised through the day, and lost the required fat and inches.
