Case History: Anuradha is a successful professional. While she competently managed all her responsibilities of her profession, motherhood and family, she was not able to take charge of her weight and health. Over a period of time, she gained weight, would constantly feel fatigued and lethargic and would nibble through the day as late into the night to make her feel energetic. Approach by best female nutritionist: We educated her on the fact that cravings are signals of malnourishment given by her body. We gave her a nutrition plan that that included sufficient cell wall intact whole food like sprouts and good fats like cheese at breakfast. Adequate protein with a low glycemic load food reduced her cravings & nibbling episodes and made her energetic. As a result her trips to the kitchen, pantry and the fridge reduced without using any will power. Even though there were the same goodies were, she now did not feel the need to eat as her body was completely nourished. We also gave her ways to enjoy her favorite foods during special occasions like birthdays, festivals, Sunday family gatherings without feeling guilty and gaining weight.

Results: Anuradha soon began to notice physiological and psychological changes in her.
