Case History- Dr. Juhi is a 28y ear old radiologist who followed intermittent fasting of 14 – 16 hours. Since she did not see much results, she started to eat fewer calories and was starving herself to lose weight. She mostly survived on a carbohydrate-based diet and with dals as a major protein source. She was sleep deprived, fatigued, and lacked concentration at work. She had visited many nutritionists and gym trainers before but her weighing scale did not budge even by a few grams.
