Healthy weight loss is possible and sustainable along with managing work & other personal priorities

Case History- Swati is a 34-year-old working mother, and software professional and her in-laws stay with her. She was diagnosed with high blood pressure at a young age so the doctor advised her to lose weight. She had previously seen a lot of dietitians, but she was unable to adhere to their diets as they made a lot of changes to her current meals, which she found cumbersome to adhere to given her responsibilities and therefore was quite sceptical about starting on another nutrition-related regimen.
