Case History: Naresh has been battling with obesity from the past 20 years. Along with the steady weight gain over the several years, he started to experience body pains and more specifically stiffness in the upper back, fatigue, and lethargy throughout the day. We therefore designed a meal plan with the Carbs: Protein: Fat ratio of 47:18:35 which gave him a feeling of satiety and satisfied his cravings and therefore did not require to use his will power, while also ensuring there is enough fasting period for the body to get into fat burning mode. This helped him keeping his energy levels consistent throughout the day. Furthermore, we modified simple home-cooked meals to ensure nutrition density in his meals and verified that there was enough variety, and it suited his palate to make it sustainable for him.



Results: Naresh has successfully and happily been able to follow the plan for the past 6 months without any will power. He is absolutely delighted to get back to the weight he was at while in the college. After 22 years, for the first time, he got back to 90 kg's and that too within a span of 6 months.
