Case History: Yamini, has always been an underweight child and had recently joined her family business. She desired to work long hours and expand her family business but was unable to do so as she used to feel tired after a few hours of working and would keep falling sick. Her blood reports indicated nutritional deficiencies such as vit d, b12, ferritin, low normal iron, calcium and low albumin levels were 3.4g/dl which denotes protein malnutrition. She was also diagnosed with pre-diabetes with HbA1c of 5.7% with a close to the borderline fasting.
