Issues/ symptoms: A 36-year-old businessman came to us with dire symptoms such as extreme fatigue, irritability, erectile dysfunction, poor digestion, lack of sex drive, etc. His BMI however, was in range. We requested for specific blood tests and carefully analyzed his diet and lifestyle. Based on his blood reports, we found that his body was producing high amounts of insulin. While his eating habits were healthy, he had frequent meals.  The timings of certain foods, and the nutritional composition of some foods he consumed during the day did not correspond to his body type. Though healthy drinks such as green tea, were being consumed frequently, he did not know that they did not suit his body type.


Treatment: We recommended low glycemic load foods that were suitable for his body type that would enhance his energy throughout the day, along with balanced nutrition. We regulated his favourite healthy foods, such as fruits, and drinks, such as green tea, to ensure they supported his desired results. With close monitoring and real-time support, we were able to assist him in transitioning to a healthy active lifestyle without much difficulty. Within 10 days, Nikhil’s energy levels began to improve significantly. Slowly and steadily, his stamina was built, and soon he was able to continue his desired physical activity, such as cycling. He also obtained his blood tests 60 days after he started our program and was delighted to see rapid improvements in his overall blood reports. From pre-diabetic levels to normal sugar and insulin levels, maintaining proper cholesterol levels, and normal thyroid levels, he felt the change astonishing. Not only did he see a drastic change in his blood reports, but felt more energetic than ever before, and was able to perform his physical activities with more stamina and enthusiasm.
