Case History: Sandeep reached out to us when his blood parameters like lipid profile, Hba1c, etc. went off the roof. His Hba1c was at 6.6. His method of portion control was not working as he would end up feeling hungry throughout the day. He would therefore resort to nibbling and ordering his indulgences from online platforms late in the evening. Additionally, this habit would cause the whole family to regularly indulge in empty-calorie foods later in the night, resulting in unhealthy eating habits for everyone.
