Mere physical activity without appropriate nutrition will not give you desired weight loss.

Case History: Aditya, a young man of 29 years old, was keen to lose fat on the weight line and the excess 5 kgs. He took to an aggressive weight training program under a coach to achieve his desired goals. After following the exercise regimen, he did not see much improvement to his waistline and his muscle: fat ratio also did not see any improvements. Further, he used to feel tired during the day and did not have enough stamina to go through the extensive workout curated by his physical fitness trainer.
