Nutrition vs Diabetes !! A 65-year-old lady, suffering from diabetes, with 30 units of Insulin & 6 diabetic medications a day was suffering from frequent hypoglycemia, joint pains, acute fatigue, psoriasis, hair loss & muscle loss. With the above medications, her fasting sugar with the was around 170 and her post prandial (meal) was around 250.
The foods she was consuming on a regular basis was insulin generating (spikes) and causing all the above conditions. We made some corrections to her food & exercise regimen and within 3 days, her body did not need (require) the 30 units of insulin, (and) there were no episodes of hypoglycemia. In 15 days, her body pains and fatigue disappeared. 4 months later, she is only on 2 diabetic medications and her fasting sugar ranges from 110 – 130 and post prandial is between 150 – 170. The psoriasis patches have disappeared and she can also see visible hair growth.
