Case History: Durga, a young female software engineer, was suffering from obesity and was trying to lose weight through various fad diets such as all millet diet, portion control diet. When she came to us, she was on jowar millet diet where she consumed 2 millet rotis thrice a day with dhal and curry. There were so signs of weight loss nor she was feeling energetic.
