Case History: Kausalya a busy IT professional and a mother reached out for help to lose her post pregnancy weight .As a working professional and a mother of a 7 year old, she wanted to manage all her priorities well, feel energetic through the day and lose weight. Excess weight gain and stress levels also caused BP and therefore she desired asimple planthat does not require a lot of work and add another stressor to her life. She would initially lose a few kgs and gain the weight back. She was also diagnosed with High Blood Pressure 4 years back. She suffered with weekly migraine attacks and a lot of fatigue. Her menstrual was irregular once in 2-3 months. She was using medication for High BP and for managing pain during her migraine attacks. She needed help with bettering her health with sustainable weight loss and improve her fitness. Her Vitamin D and B12 levels were at insufficient levels.

Approach by the best weight loss nutritionist: We helped her make some simple modifications to her current food intake to suit her outcomes. On week 1, we started just by adding more vegetables to her current food choices and dense protein in every meal. We helped her prepare her grocery list on Fridays so that her kitchen was stocked with food items for the whole week. We helped her with simple recipes that did not take too much of her time and gave her tips to prepare for the week days on the weekends. As she got comfortable with the vegetable component in her diet, we introduced some super food which heal the gut and are available in Switzerland like kefir, chicken broth, hemp milk and steal cut oats. We asked her to take Vitamin D and B12 supplements for about 3 months to help improve her absorption and improve their levels. It also helped her with overall nutrition support her energy levels. Results: Kausalya lost 8 kgs in 5 months, lost all the pregnancy weight and fits into clothes that she used to 5 years back.
